I would encourage entrepreneurs to be self aware and to look for opportunity to take feedbacks. Implemented or not: but it’s important – and I can tell you this from personal experience – that you learn to take feedback and to integrate different ideas. When I haven’t done that, I usually have been sorry that I haven’t been more receptive.
